Ning Bo NewBow Vacume Nitriding Co.Ltd is a large-scale Heat Treatment plant, first founded in 1981. The company's main equipment including Ipsen Multi-purpose Furnace Product Line, Ipsen Nitrocarburizing Product Line, Ipsen Vacuum Furnace Product Line, 1 Vacuum Ion Nitriding Furnaces , more than 20 Pit Gas Nitriding Furnaces, and 4 Deeply Pit Gas Nitriding Furnace. Head count more than 45, 6 from technical.

Now, We have large-scale process on air conditioning compressor’s stainless steel part(Nitriding), large marine crankshaft(QT600-6 Nitriding), auto shift sleeve, engine oil pump, powder, nickel alloys(Nitriding) and other various productions. Now we have accumulated rich experiences in Carburizing, Carbonitriding, Nitrocarburizing, Gas Nitriding, Ion Nitriding, Quenching&Tempering, Vacuum Quenching and many other Heat Treatment process. The plant is ISO9001, Cqi-9 internal audit, and have passed ISO:IATF16949 and GM&SGM approved  HT supplier.
